Live events, handled

Planning, infrastructure, broadcast coordination and real-time management for gaming events that cannot afford to fail.

Capabilities

What we handle

Every operational layer of a live event. We work behind the broadcast so the talent can stay in frame.

Event planning and logistics

Schedules, creator communications and runbooks, built before the first server boots. Every dependency is mapped and owned.

Server infrastructure

Dedicated hardware and custom configurations that hold under peak concurrent load, provisioned and load-tested ahead of go-live.

Broadcast coordination

We manage the feed, the schedule and the handoffs between segments so the production keeps moving.

Real-time issue management

A live operations channel with direct escalation. Problems get fixed mid-broadcast, usually before anyone watching notices.

Tournament operations

Brackets, scoring and rule enforcement, handled by people who actually know the game.

Post-event wrap

Metrics, payouts, financial reconciliation and a clean handoff. No loose ends after the stream ends.

Bespoke

Custom gameplay and bespoke server events

Standard formats are fine. But the events people remember are built from scratch: bespoke server events and unique gameplay loops that drive genuine hype, architected with technical precision.

Tailored mechanics: We build game modes that do not exist in vanilla Rust. Custom objectives, altered progression and rule sets designed for broadcast drama.
Unique server configurations: Hardware and plugins tuned for the event. No off-the-shelf setups. Every config is built to hold the specific load and gameplay you need.
Branded experiences: Your name on the map, in the UI and across the broadcast. We make the server feel like your product, not a rented space.

FAQs

The operational details behind live event production.

What is the lead time for an event?

Six weeks for a standard production. Eight to twelve weeks for a large multi-day event. We can move faster for smaller custom gameplay sessions.

How large can events scale?

We have run events with 500 concurrent players and 275,000 peak viewers, and produced Rust Kick Off with 150 creators across 10 teams. The infrastructure is built to hold more.

Do you handle broadcast coordination?

Yes. We manage the broadcast schedule, creator communications and real-time issue management, so the talent can focus on the show.

What happens if something breaks live?

We have a runbook for that. Our team monitors every layer, from infrastructure to broadcast feed to player experience, and fixes issues before viewers notice.

Can you run charity events?

We have run 6+ charity events and helped raise over $165,000 AUD, for causes including Hope For The Day and the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. We handle the logistics, the fundraising mechanics and the post-event reporting.
